Asked for price, dropped email and message but instead the response is to call their staff to know the price. Why can't you just reply to my message? What's the point of customer support if you can't even provide a price to the carpet code that I gave? Show room closes at 5pm and only open on weekdays. Do you expect ppl to take leave to come to your showroom? Ridiculous showroom timings.
