I love LivingDNA’s rug trial service. It is innovative and customer-centric. It is clear that they want you to only get the rug you love! And I definitely love the 2 rugs I got! In terms of the shop, I found it an altogether pleasant experience to be able to look at and experience the rugs in a beautiful light-filled space, without the musty smells that often accompany carpet shops. Raman assisted me and was willingly and tirelessly showing me the rugs. The rugs that they stock are beautiful, tasteful and of great quality. Highly recommended!

In November 2021 we bought the Samira Moroccan Rug (3m x 2m) from Living DNA and rolled it out in January. We were told the rug would have some shedding, but it sheds a lot, even though we only vacuum it lightly once a week. In March we noticed a 6cm x 1cm bald patch on the rug which wasn't obvious until we parted the rug pile and then it was very obvious - it's like a chunk of pile has been completely missed from the rug. I don't think this was caused by vacuum cleaning as it is a completely bald patch, it seems to have been completely missed in manufacturing. Either way, i am not satisfied having paid a significant amount of money for a poor quality product. I contacted Living DNA who advised that due to several months having passed since time of purchase, there is nothing they can do, and just advised me to ruffle the rug in a certain direction or strategically place furniture over it. They refused to even come out to look at it. My recommendation is that you can get better quality rugs elsewhere for this price range, but if you decide to buy from Living DNA please make sure you carefully check every square inch of your rug before accepting it.

Great selection of rugs - Living DNA was the only place where I found exactly the rug I wanted - The Alchemy Warm Sand Rug! I love that I could do a home trail and see how the rug looked in our space before purchasing it. I got in touch with the team via WhatsApp and the experience was wonderful, Nadia was patient and helped recommend the perfect size for the rug. However, I must say that my visit to the showroom was a bit underwhelming as there was no staff to attend to us and even the person who finally spoke to us did not seem too interested to help. That being said, our interaction via WhatsApp was way better than my visit to the store and I would definitely recommend speaking to Nadia directly as she is super helpful and patient.

Delivery was smooth and hassle free, with help to position our rug under our sofa. The rug is beautiful and soft and fits our living room very well! We love it very much! Amazing experience doing a rug trial at home! After browsing the website, the Living DNA team helped me narrow down my choices (too many gorgeous ones!) and were prompt and lovely during my rug trial from the comfort of my home. It was really hard to choose but I’m so happy with my final choice (the grey geometric one which was recommended to me by the team!) It’s been over a year now and despite being exposed to the elements (My balcony doors never close), The rug is still in wonderful shape. Fantastic quality! Excited to get another rug for my bedroom.
