Heritage Chalet - 125A Pasir Ris Rd

A gaming arcade just started. A lot more businesses and activities needed to make this place more fun. Public Toilet utilities need to improve. No handsoap. No restaurant. Previous restaurant shut down. No food place to hang out. A good Halal restaurant serving different varieties should have to make this place a good hangout. E.g. Malay/Chinese halal seafood choochah cuisines, satay, otah- otah, burger & pratas.

The rooms should be more clean as they should change the bed sheets after the previous guest.

Not worth it at all for the glamping package we booked for 5 pack they give us 2 pack , and we request baby shark theme add on $80 , the decorations very simple cost about less than $15 , when we arrived 3 pm they haven't set up anything, end up we have to set up our self ,in the package says included snacks/pizza ,saparkling water and dessert, end up we ONLY get cold storage pizza 1 round for 2 pack , the service its so bad ?. The tent it's mold everywhere. #NOT recommended at all !!!!!!!

Terrible experience staying in Go Glamping SG. Staff didn't have my booking record of a tent and I had to pull out my invoice to show them. Toilets were dirty and had no tissue. What made the whole experience worse was that the tents are located right next to the chalet blocks, there was a party/clubbing going on in one of the chalet units till 530am who had plugged in their own mega speakers. Music only stopped cause the group had a huge argument outside and decided to stop the party. Unable to sleep throughout the night due to the super loud music and shouting. Management of chalet also had unsuccessful atempts in keeping the volume down.

Location: Good Facilities: Poorly Maintained, Old and dirty Staff: Bossy and Lazy Service: Worse of all time Booking: Manual via watsap then found out that our chalet and tent have not been booked few days before the date. Won't go back again. Don''t book this if you don't want to get stressed. Lily and Mohamed are NOT good to deal with.

BETTER BUY YOUR OWN TENT - Everything overpriced, 1.5l bottle is 3 dollars, 1 small pack of ice about 500g cost 4dollars, outside 2 kg ice pack only 3dollar. - Toilet was filthy, some door broken when u bath people can look in through the gap and even public toilets outside also cleaner. - Tent was dirty, the tables had leftover biscuit crumbs from previous guests. - only provide 1 fan with 1 mini air con and these 2 barely cools the tent even when we zip everything as the tent traps so much heat - ask if can use the lock that was attached to the zippers to lock the tent but they said cannot use. - Came back home with so many bed bug bites. - mini bbq grill was so small, they gave such a small bbq for a group of people take how long to cook all the food. - the board under the grass mat outside the tent was half broken, we almost hurt ourselves stepping on it. - the whole place like a rubbish dump.

NEVER BOOK A STAY HERE This is the worst place to have a chalet, far away from everything, facilities are dated and very VERY poorly maintained. the first day we came the floor was soaking wet (attendants probably hastily washed the place). after check in we took a look at the amenities, the kitchen was looking very dilapidated, fridge had stains inside and there was a foul smell coming from the locked store in the kitchen. the toilets were in dismal condition, wet floors that did not dry properly, foul smell again here and the bathroom mat was wet and also smelled funny. the worst part was the rooms and balconies, dirty stained pillows and matresses infested with bed bugs, cockroaches running around the place, mold on the ceilings and there was one balcony that had a mug filled with suspicious water. All in all it was the worst and most OVERPRICED chalet i have ever stayed at. 800 for 3 days and 2 nights in this cesspit of a place. safe to say we left on the second night due to how terrible this place was.

So glad when this place opened up again. A morning walk on the beach ends here with breakfast or brunch. Good selection of foods and a few additions in the evening with Satay, a western burger stall and a waffle shop.
