★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used their services once and half the things I bought didn’t work. When I came back I saw a customer w a similar experience and they even showed their anger at them. They lied and insisted that one of their products that was faulty wasn’t even from their shop. I recommend taking your business elsewhere because they con you into buying more expensive things and don’t take ownership for their products

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (1)Agreed delivery date was not adhered to. Very difficult to contact the sales girl who sold it to me. (2)Warranty card was not found. Called the sales girl who said she will mail to me but did not. I have to go to the shop again to get the warranty card.(3)Will never go back there and will never recommend this shop/sales girl to anybody.

For the bathroom shelves we bought, she opened each item and inspected it, and spotted a difference in dimensions versus the display item that would have made it unusable for us. Thanks to her we didn't buy something we cannot use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went down there to buy some down-lights and was served by Edwin which i think is the boss. He was very friendly and professional in telling me the products and what lights i should get for my living room. And since their shop is connected to their bathroom shop, in the end i also bought bathroom items from them as the prices are reasonable and good. The staffs are friendly too. Thank you for the services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs were patient and friendly. Not the pushy type. And Irene were quick to rectify minor issue by offering goodwill delivery when goods were only delayed for a couple of days due to color mismatch. At least the package were checked before contacting me. Great purchase experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery time was not followed. Called them 5 times on the delivery and no pick up and respond from them. Finally, when the item come, most of the item was the wrong model. Called again many times to get through, they agreed to change but however, the timing was not adhered to again. Very frustrating, cannot deliver what they promise. Will not buy again

Furthermore, the service provided by salesman Chong was impressive and he was very knowledgeable on the products. He suggested us the perfect product that suited our stipulated needs! I am so glad to have been able to visit this great store and wish you many successes in the future.
Will return here without a doubt in the future if the need arises 10/10.
