This shop is really out to cheat you. We bought 8 lights and we asked for gst refund. The shop said just go to the airport and fill out a refund form. We found out gst refund is now digital and the shop should fill it up and print the refund slip for us to bring to the airport. We told the shop they lied to us and they replied ok they will give us when we come back to pick up the lights. We told the shop since they cheated us by giving false information, we want to cancel our purchase and they said they will charge penalty for cancelation even though they have misled us. So better off finding a reputable honest shop elsewhere to do your light purchases. Save yourself from the agony of being cheated by such bad shop owner.

Some new lighting which had not seen anywhere and it nice. Sales person can be nicer.

One of the largest lighting stores along the stretch here, and the nice elderly gentleman is willing to discuss the merits of various down lights etc and make suggestions to meet your requirements.

Went with the intention to buy a light attachment. Lady boss heard my description and actually adviced me to tighten the screws, which worked, instead of trying to sell me a replacement. Honest business. I bought 2 light bulbs even though I don't need them. Thumbs up.

Honest local smb. Visited once for a walk around, found them to carry an array of products different from other shops. Was offered a price however I didn’t take it up. Upon my second visit, I was assisted by Joann who honoured the price from my first visit. Great service, smooth communication, will definitely recommend!

We purchased 2 ceiling fans, and also needed them to do some reworking. However, our experience with this company was overall extremely unpleasant. 1. Horrible communication between sales staff and contractor. - Sales staff (Rick) listed out every procedure that needs to be done on our invoice, but when contractor came, things were missing and he only installed our fan and did most things halfway - Contractor came and was angry at us, even though on the invoice it was stated that there were many things for him to do. He said that he did not understand it because it was in English? And that he had to rush off to other clients. However, Rick already said on the day we made the purchase that it would take at least half a day 2.Terrible service from both sales side and contractor - Since there is a lack of communication, the Chinese contractor had a horrible attitude whenever we told him whatever that needs to be done, talking to us in a horrible tone as well, he was also unnecessarily rough when he is mad - I requested for them to shift my switch further to the left, and I even pushed my wardrobe against the wall so they can use it as a gauge, but look how closely they fixed the switch to the wardrobe - Supposed to help us remove our ceiling fan but since he was in a rush he did it halfway 3. Shady calculations - Since we changed our minds on that day to cancel some of the works that we initially discussed with Rick, they did very half-hearted cancelled $150 from our bill, when it was supposed to be $81.12 more - They also kept trying to say that GST cannot be cancelled, but can you seriously not just cancel this current bill and create a new one? - There was a lot of back and forth and argument and we finally got the supposed price that we should be paying for in the end There are so many things that I am unhappy with, and I hope that you guys will not do the same mistakes and just confirm sales with the first shop you enter. Places like them are very unprofessional and you probably can get better service from big companies like Courts.
