Appreciated her good service. Definitely coming back to Hertz at Changi airport for my next booking. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really pathetic service. I booked an online request, was told that Hertz needed time to confirm the booking a few days back but have yet to hear anything from the team. I called the office up several times and there isn't anyone picking up. Really disappointing service as I wanted a car for my dad who's going to be driving on the weekends in Singapore. Wouldn't consider this ever again. Strongly discourage you from going for this service with them.
