Had a really awesome experience with them. I mistakenly ordered single bed frames so I had to email them and ask what I can do. And just within hours Leo from their team replied to me and helped me on what to do. I was already quite bummed out because the frames would be coming a month later due to the available slots but I tried to asked Leo if it is also possible to get them delivered earlier. Lo and behold now I'm about to get my frames a month earlier. I think I had 5-6 email exchanges with them and they replied promptly and quite friendly everytime. Truly an awesome experience. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Bought the Zeus Gaming Chair, which happened to be my first purchase with HipVan online. Delivery was super quick, you are given the option to choose your preferred date and time for delivery which I appreciate. Chair is very comfortable and the extender to rest your legs is a plus. Highly recommended!

Wonderful service throughout from Brenda at HipVan, from arranging for just what we needed in terms of assembly, to going the extra mile for us in arranging for a delivery time when we could make it and answering all our questions so promptly. The service is truly stellar because it is so prompt, thoughtful and empathetic, a million times better than your regular, faceless conglomerate. The products are very well made and a pleasure to have at home. 10/10 :)

Bought my sofa, dining table and 2 work chairs from HipVan. Quality is good for such affordable price point! Want to shoutout to Brenda and Karen for the exceptional service when there were some small issues with the sofa and dining table. The delivery team first reported the issue back to HQ and within minutes I received a call from them arranging for the technical team to come and fix it. Super impressed by this ? The guy who came to fix the sofa and chairs was very friendly and explained to us how he will fix it as well. Could not spot the small defect on the table anymore after that ? Strongly recommend!

Last month I was desperately hunting for sofas online and really liked the Tucson 3 seater sofa and armchair. In the last week of December 2021, somehow I managed to come across HipVan and was ecstatic to discover that 1) they do have this series PLUS they have a physical showroom where I can check out the sofa; 2) I will be able to get this sofa before end of January 2022! 3) delivery and assembling of the sofa is included in the price; 4) there was a bundle discount off for the the Tucson 3 seater sofa and armchair. At their physical showroom located at Suntec City, Ms Aarnie was there to help addressed the various inquiries I had on maintaining this sofa and disposal of old sofa. She also helped to advise which discount code I should apply to get the most amount. Liked that a few days prior to the delivery date of Monday 17 January 2022, I received SMSs informing of the timing and on Sunday, I received a 1 hour narrowed down timing. On Monday, I received a call at 10.16am by the delivery person informing that they are on their way and will be arriving in approximately 20 minutes. 2 guys were there to deliver and assemble the new sofa and armchair. There was an issue with my armchair and one of them quickly informed HipVan and used the app to send a note. Almost instantly, I received a call from HipVan informing they will be sending a technician to rectify the armchair and I did request if it was possible for the technician to arrive on the same day which thankfully they said yes. The only minus point (and star) was that the other delivery guy (a Singaporean) asked me where was the location of my apartment's rubbish chute where he could disposed the old sofa at. I was totally flabbergasted by his question and replied that I paid $100 disposal fee ($50 for a sofa and $50 for an armchair) with the expectation that they will disposed it somewhere else and not at my apartment's rubbish chute! Plus I highlighted to him that my MCST had issued a notification to all residents reminding that for disposal of large bulky items, we cannot dump it at our apartment's rubbish chute. To be certain, I immediately called HipVan and thankfully within a couple of minutes, a customer service officer answered and he confirmed my understanding. Later, I had to watch them with hawk eyes to make sure they loaded the old sofa on their truck and drive off. The technician arrived when the delivery guys were leaving and he spent some time to extract the loose metal screw which came out inside the armchair cushion and later he fixed it back and assembled it. Overall I am really pleased with HipVan's high level of quality service. I do understand that for the delivery, it seemed to be an outsourced delivery team and I shouldn't penalize them for that. Anyway, I totally love how the classic sleek look of my new Tucson 3 seater and armchair is in my living room!

Bought two items from Hipvan for my new place. Saw the items from the warehouse. We spent about 2 hours + at the warehouse and they have variety of furnitures to choose. First time user has some welcome discount so the price is really worth it. Realised the console has some issue only few days after using, one of the drawer not able to close completely. Contacted hipvan and they’ve arranged technician to come down and fix it. It was good as new. Great experience dealing with hipvan as the customer service replies really quick as well. Thank you!

Wide variety of furniture packed into this concept store for customers to try/see the actual product before purchase. Even though now e-commerce is a big hit now, at times you will still need to test or feel the actual product (such as sofa etc, to feel the comfort or support it provides) The furniture on display are unique in their own way and not as boring, compared to those "as usual" furniture store such as Rozel, Novena etc. Do drop by to see it for yourself, you'll sure get a pick with wide ranges of prices/materials to choose from.

When I first came across HipVan and decided to check out their showroom (before they moved to Suntec), I wasn’t sure about their quality though I’ve to say, I fell in love with many of their furniture. I decided to go ahead to purchase online the 1.65 m Cadencia Sideboard along with other wall shelves, towels and other accessories, for which not only did I get a discount, the delivery was free and on time. I was amazed as HipVan is a Singapore-based online furniture store that offers thoughtfully designed, well-made home furnishings at honest prices! My family and I love the sideboard which sits nicely at the living room and it really enhances the wall. Quality is good! Subsequently, I have made further online purchases and at one of my orders, I spotted the Lencia Marble side table was defective upon delivery, which I contacted HipVan and notified them. Without much queries, HipVan arranged for a new piece to be replaced and it was arranged in a timely manner. As a customer, I think after-sale service is important, and HipVan has done a marvelous job in this area. Thank you HipVan! Thumbs up ??
