★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They let the candidates to do all of the work instead of them investigating or do their own work. This is the first company where a lot of my friends are complaining about the work is done by this HireRight.
Any others companies do not have this kind of issue.

At the 2nd page, it's not user friendly, doesn't show what is needed and what is not needed. You can't scroll back to the first page and see what needed to be submitted and now once you forget, it's sayonara. You have no idea what you need to submit or lacking.
Super NOT friendly website.

They required so many documents and information over and over. If they are real professional, they should have required them at one time to avoid wasting time.
Furthermore, call center is open based on US business hours only.
Completely useless.
