Doctor was so errogant and not listening to patient at all. My visit was in April 2022.

Dr Kenneth is very detailed and patient in explaining. Been visiting this gp clinic for more than 7 years since I live in this vicinity. By far the best doctor I’ve consulted with this clinic. Not the cheapest clinic but I do feel at ease with dr Kenneth. And yes like what others commented, receptionist have the rbf look.

Doctor is okay but be careful with the clinic nurse/admin staff. The staff entered my helper's medical check up result wrongly into MOM website and caused a chaos. A negative pregnancy test result was submitted by the clinic to MOM as positive! MOM urgently requested me to terminate and send home my helper. Only after I went to the clinic and demanded to see the lab test print out, the admin staff admitted that they entered the result wrongly. A very serious mistake!

The doctor was one of the least friendly I met. And the clinic was empty at that. My second trip there was worse. The doctor was only interested if I got covid. And after answering what might be covid symptoms, he said wait for Test and left before I even talked about the reasons why I was there.. I had to go to the reception and ask to see him again. The only redeeming thing about the clinic is that there is no queue

Be very careful of getting covid at this clinic! This clinic is very anyhow on the covid protocol. I had a sore throat and went to see the doctor at this clinic. They told me I had to do an art before seeing the doctor, which I didn’t know. So they asked me to go back and do the art the following day. I didn’t go back until 3 days as I received a MOH notification. I didn’t wanna go back as I’m feeling ok and didn’t want to risk exposing myself to covid. So I reluctantly went back because of the MOH notice and exposed myself to a 45min wait at the clinic. I was tested negative. 7 days later, I’m positive. Just right the incubation period. And I went back to the same clinic to do an art and to my horror, this is how they disposed my covid positive art. The same place that I sat 7 days again to do the ART test. It’s no wonder that I contracted covid. I want to blame MOH for this stupid SOP and I want to flag this clinic for disposing off the test kit in such unhygienic manner, that made me contracted covid. Stay away from this clinic that looks very run down and indeed the procedure is as bad as it look. I’m writing this so that everyone can be warned!

The Malay nurse here is very Arrogant with attitude issues. I wonder how the clinic manage to survive this long. I definitely won't come here unless super needed. The staff here are UNFRIENDLY and with Attitude issues.

The reason for one star is because there is no option for zero star. I had a bad throat n a hard time talking, fever making me feel weak. Sdnly the doc asked me if he offended me in any way, I was like "no..? Why do u say tht?" He says i show signs of passive agression. What? So i told him nicely no, prob just my sickness make me sound bad. Further into conversion, he kept saying the same whenever I tried to give him info or consult him something, to the point it REALLY ANNOY ME

I just experienced the worst 30min clinic visit ever! The clinic is my usual clinic for my family but today it will be OUR LAST VISIT. In the afternoon when my son complaint abt running nose, I called the clinic to check for availability, the new clinic staff (maybe not new just I never see before) raised her voice over the phone asked me to reach ASAP and ignore my other question. Well, I knew I was standing between her and her lunch so we hurried down. When we reached the clinic, the other nurse tried to help us but again the same lady shouted at me to scan attendance and snatched my son's health book. I knew it was the same lady because of her "high pitch tone". Well, when I finished the registration and took a seat while waiting for the next instruction. THEN AGAIN, she yelled at us to wait outside of the clinic. I know it is protocol so I just brought my son outside. Finally, the doctor came and told us on the swab test. We continued waited outside until the other nurse called my son's name for swab test. THEN AGAIN, I was stopped by the same lady shouted at me PLUS THREW the attendance sheet and my son's health book to me with one sentence "complete the form". I seriously hope tat the person-in charge of this clinic please look at your CCTV to see how arrogant the lady was and how badly I was treated. When confronted, she shouted again said I showed her bad attitude and said she said told me "clear" instructions PLUS immediately complaint to the doctor PLUS PLUS continued SHOUTED at me. When the doctor came, she immediately changed her face and said the instructions were given which was absolutely NOT since the time I stepped into this clinic. Every time just SHOUTED SHOUTED SHOUTED! I m extremely regretted the visit. I salute all health care personnel EXCEPT FOR HER. To the lady, please render due respects to your patient. Until now my ears are still painful. To the other nurse in the same clinic, thank you for your patience for helping my son in the ART test.
