Had to get the worst clinic at my bto...dont accept walk in and nvr answer the phone. Wish they get lost and a better clinic set up.

Has been with this clinic for almost 3 years, the Doctors and nurses are very caring and approachable, my Father in law also sees Doctor in this clinic, the Doctors listens to you patiently, will recommend this clinic ?

Terrible nurses who do not accept walks in after 11am despite me begging. The clinic closes at 1pm. Also they do not pick up calls in the morning I wonder what’s the hotline for. Three receptionists at the counter and none are doing their work. Please do something about this.

Had been calling the clinic up teem time at their operating hours however no response! MC INDICATE LOCUM and don't even have the doc MCR. After seeing the doc ask me to wait outside for more than half an hour! If my husband never goes to check I don't know how long more I need to wait !! If I could rate Zero, you guys for sure win the title!

This is the worst clinic I ever encounter!! call in no answer, call again they answered and put me on hold after enquiries. Suddenly line cut off. Call in again they don't ever answer it anymore. Call in another few days and few time never ever will get our calls answered. Are they even doing Bussines at all? We have an appointment!!! So now what heppen to our appointment. Should we need to go down and wait for 3 hours to get an answer and to go back there again. Wait say appointment was not made last time. Wow this is just miserable stuff, management and doctors. Oo Ya the doctor we use to see had left. So now we were told that whether this new doctor wanted to take up our case or not.??? So if not we go back hospital. If u don't want to run this clinic properly Mr Seow. Please close it down and u will have lesser frustrated patients. We feed back to the hospital that refer us to u that we aren't going back to this clinic anymore.

Don't accept walk in! Went down at 9am to make appointment. Told me to rest at home and wait for phone call around 1-3pm. Waited till 2.15pm, went down to check and surprisingly they close after 2pm! And their phone is always ringing but no one answering!!!

Was feeling ill and had wife call the clinic ahead of time to get a slot. Staff said no queue, they close at 9.30 pm (currently only 8 pm) and no need make appointment coz there's plenty of time. Reached at 8.05 pm and staff turned me away saying no more slot. Archaic mindset and processes. If you're sick, give this a miss. You're better off getting help from other clinics

I think the clinic did a good job in coordinating and managing the system. Doctors and nurses I met were friendly, walk in waiting time were considerably short (45mins-1hr) even though they’re overwhelmed by the number of patients. Don’t bother to call, they never pick up.
