Not only were the two gentlemen friendly and courteous; they were also downright helpful and not in a hurry like most money changers tend to be. I would recommend HKI International to anyone wanting good service and good rates. The rate I got for USD was the same same on the app XE Currency which I allows use as a bench mark.
