There is always a queue as it has the better rates in the whole marina square/suntec area and serves the crowd well. The rates will be as their display and will not change even if you change a bigger amount.
M	M Chew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible service. especially the man. reads the newspaper while on duty and looks blankly at the customer. when asked if they accepted or will give small notes, he gives a 'no' answer in a derogatory way. how denigrated i felt as a customer. he also said, 'if you want to change coins, you might as well throw them away.' granted, he might be upset, but that's no way to talk to someone right? let alone your customer. it is sad that people will be so mean.

Usual money changer will advise you to top up $x for a nice round off amount but this will not. Woman and Man just pass you the money without any consultation. And believes that they are in the right while due to their bad English, did not understood what i wanted at all. Very hostile and dared to raise voice at customer. Worse service I have ever met and will not return again, considering that I will exchange a huge sum of money (over $3k) every month.

It doesn't matter if your rate is good or not, when your ''pretty" lady operator just stared blankly at me and I had to ask if i could check the rate. Hello, i'm not a kid. Go over to the Arcade at Raffles Place i would rather deal with the people there. Nowadays competition is high so basically you can find good rates anywhere.
