Was served by Jovan when randomly walk in to check out their products and after comparing a few places, I decided to engage their service due to it's value and products they have. He helped me with the installation of Ziptrak and block out curtain for the master room. Was impressed by the Ziptrak material and system and as it's from Australia and has a long standing history, therefore confidence in going with this brand though there is a lot of brands in Singapore. Would like to recommend Alex, who came to do the measurement was very experienced and detailed and professional in his work. We also went ahead to install with the Somfy motorised system for both my Ziptrak and curtain, very handy and fuss free as I've a 4m ceiling. Works very well for my home. Curtain will 'auto' open and close just by moving the curtain itself a bit, giving the hotel experience. Jovan was very friendly and efficient and helped me with the quotation, installation and after sales service. Will recommend him and Alex! We have a very delightful experience with the service provided by HM Gallery. Special thanks to the salesperson, Kelvin and the installation team. Besides being knowledgeable in Ziptrak, I am impressed that Kelvin can do accurate measurements for our space configurations which requires some customization. The installation team is very experienced too. They continuously worked to ensure that our Ziptrak solution was installed without taking any breaks. We are definitely a happy customer and I recommend others to contact Kelvin and his team.

My recent experience with HM Gallery was a pleasant one. The service throughout was good and price of the Ziptrak is very reasonable compared to a few others. The lady (Ting Ting) who responded to my online enquiry was helpful, Kelvin who liaised with me for onsite consultation and follow ups was nice and patient with my numerous queries and changes, and lastly the installation guys did a good job and even did a good clean up after the work. I‘ m happy with Alex’s service for my bedrooms Venetian blinds. Alex always makes the effort to explain to me and offers me suggestions when I’m unsure what designs are suitable for my house. Great service by Alex and his team. Installation was without fuss, on time and products were excellently installed. Some neighbours shared their issues post installation by other companies and i was extremely observant to see if these same issues manifest in mine. Alex's team ensured none of these issues happened. Had an amazing experience with Alex and team at HM Gallery. Alex was prompt in replies and answered all my doubts and queries throughout engaging HM Gallery to do up the ziptrack. Alex was also very detailed in explaining the different types of blinds and how ziptrack installation works.
