★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use Hock Cheong few times to service and change tyres , I am disappointed by their unreliable, lack of irresponsible and unprofessional services. The front desk is very rude, saying she is very busy, instead of solving the problem, despite of their mistakes. Their tyres are more expensive than other, beware they try to push the second hand tyres, bo good.
I don't recommend anyone to use that company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the oil changed (cos I didn't have time to go to my usual workshop and this is near my home) on a Mercedes with the newer MBUX system. They tried to sell me tyres which I admit needs replacing but at a really high price which I politely declined. However, the mechanics didn't know how to reset the service reminder on the MBUX system though and I had to teach him how. So.... ? ?
