Rakesh(service ambassador)has been very professional throughout the day of my cars service. Kenneth was also proactive throughout remotely for all details pre and post booking/delivery.
I would surely like to continue with them for my car needs.

β β β β β AutoApp has definitely been a experience that is hassle free, convenient and detailed. The service ambassador is always early and theyβre professional in their service. Theyβll take pictures all round your car and document it down, theyβll find out if you need any other things to be looked at for your car. Saves your time for you by doing the waiting for you instead. Wonderful experience so far, will definitely engage in AutoApp again!

β β β β β Was good and trusted option to get your car service done without taking leave/time off from work. I have been assigned to 1 ambassador for the whole process. Contestant update given to me wia whatsapp chat group. Have also given quotation after technician 1 rou d check for any additional charges/changes to initial quote(for my part i need to confirm my engine oil top up capacity of my car is it 4 or 5 litters). Only proceed up on my confirmation to the quotation. As in whole this was the best service I will say that saved my time traveling and waiting time on my car servicing done. This was very fast compared to going on my own. Will recommend to others and will take up this offer again in further. My ambassador was good and friendly on my entire service.

β β β β β My car was due for servicing however I just completed my free servicing with my dealer and was looking out for a new workshop to do it. Being a first time car owner, I was unsure where to go service my car afterward, I was trying to do some research but there are so many people trying to sell you packages and the cheaper ones sounds shady.
I knew that Autoapp had an additional delivery fee but they will settle everything for you, from collecting it to even making sure they bring it to the right workshop for the job and that the workshop does the job correctly. This frees me up from worrying and doing research.
My experience was quite fuss free as promised. The Autoapp service ambassador came early, took images of the car that is shown on the app. When the car reached the workshop, images were taken to notify me that it had arrived and once service was completed, I was informed it was on its way.
They even did a health check for me as you can see in the images. I thought I should give my car a wash after the service but when I went downstairs to take back the car, it was already washed!
Overall, it was a very nice seamless experience as I got to carry on my work without the disruption and waiting at a dirty workshop. I felt that the additional delivery fee was well worth the money as it gave me a peace of mind.

β β β β β Great service from start to finish. The point checks were thorough enough. Progress through photos were given promptly. Changed tyres with them at reasonable price. No hard sell or whatsoever. Rakesh was great and friendly. Keep it up.

β β β β β Hands down the best experience I've had servicing my vehicle. Extremely professional Ambassador, frequent updates via WhatsApp as and when something needs my attention and extremely value for money considering you don't have to lift a finger to get stuff done for your car; pick and delivery service plus even if you have any last minute requests, AutoApp guys are extremely accommodating and they go all out to ensure they give you what you ask for and more! I'm not going to waste time with other mechanics and shops anymore. AutoApp has become my defacto service provider for any car related tasks/issues.

β β β β β I really liked the service and the convenience. They were also professional in the engagement and allowed you to select the servicing that you are keen on. You do not need to upgrade or repair parts you deem unimportant.
I did not like the way we have to register our credit card on the app though. It is worrying. Would have preferred to see that it is done through stripe or a 3rd party provider.
Feels worrisome if credit card information is stored in unsecured infrastructure.

β β β β β Read the reviews on google and decided to give it a try as I was searching for car servicing company. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with the service. It was very convenient for me as I do not have to take leave to send car for servicing. This has saved me a lot of time. The car was collected and returned very punctually and earlier than the estimated required time. The service ambassador also sent me updates regularly to let me know the status of the car. When additional repairs are required, he would propose the options and send photos of the products for you to decide. No hard selling through out to ask you to buy products or add on service. Service Ambassador also ran through with me the checks done when I collected my car, very patience and also share car care tips with me. Will be keen to use their service again in the future.
