This Terry is incredibly condescending in talking down to him. When the uncle pointed out mistakes in what Terry said about the ingredients, your staff had the audacity to say "then you ask me for what, why not read yourself"! Old uncle might not know how to post feedback but there are others watching ok? Been your customer for years but will stop patronising Hock Hua if that's the type of attitude you teach your staff.

Spoke to one of your staffs from Chong Pang outlet, asking why the label at the back stated “keep in the refrigerator” but they left it outside. They ASSURE me saying unopened Dang Gui don’t need to keep in fridge. Being a novice, I followed the instructions of your staff, since they are more experienced. Last few days I was clearing my kitchen. And saw this packet of unopened Dang Gui which I bought few months ago. The color looked weird. Immediately, I asked my mother in law to go down to the shop at Chong Pang outlet to ask what’s wrong. To my surprise, your staff deny giving above instructions and accuse me of hearing wrongly. This is totally unacceptable kind of service attitude. Treat this $10 as a lesson learnt from such unethical shop.
