โ โ โ โ โ So dissapointed I come to change the built in battery of my nova 3i. When I come to collect the fingerprint password is not working anymore and remove in my celphone settings. Why they need to reset the settings of my mobile that I come to change only the battery.

Took phone in for simple back glass repair and ended up with flash not working and unable to use charging port.
Could not get a straight answer. Terrible attitude and customer service. Maybe they can replace a screen protector, but DO NOT TRUST them with anything else.

โ โ โ โ โ Excellent service. Zahir is a gentleman. I was promised that after diagnosis if the issue turns out to be something else that earlier communicated, then the amount will be refunded. And Zahir kept his word. The phone couldn't be repaired but I got the phone and my initial paid amount back in full. Thank you Zahir and Hola team.
