β β β β β Paid & placed order for a washing machine yesterday night, thinking that my existing one it's drum is leaking & beyond repair. However came to realize that it was the connecting part that was leaking as it has come loose. After work at 7pm, went to the Clementi Courts Branch to explain that I hoped not to condemn the existing one which was bought at Courts a decade ago. Jason, the manager readily helped to do the cancellation & refund from the Bank card I used. He was very professional & did not demand any reason for my decision. I was pleasantly surprised with his friendly & approachable attitude. Kudos to him & the cashier who surely encouraged customers to return to patronize in the near future. Glad that I had been a loyal member of Courts all these years. Thank you Jason, once again.

β β β β β I was pleasantly served by Ahmad Afiq at Courts Clementi on 6May2022 when I went there to buy wall fans. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. He was thorough in checking the colour, model and that the delivery and installation dates work for me. I cannot be more pleased with the whole experience.

Alice was very helpful with explaining the details of various machines, which helped me tremendously in deciding on the model I eventually bought. Lucy then helped with going through the paperwork and installment program and it was all very smooth. Fantastic staff. Keep up the good work!
