Spoken with assign ID Kimberly weeks plus ago which was directed by Renopedia. Probably our is next several month before it ready hence there wasn’t any follow up not even an acknowledge since the first call was made by her. During the call, Kimberly first approach was friendly, aggressive no doubt and during our call with her, she responded was, “can can, ok-ok, sure sure etc”. Kimberly sounded that everything can work out the way we want and we do look forward for her proposal without having the hassles for alternative yet it was nothing but just an fake sale talk. Till today nothing hear from them. Not sure if this the way ID firm collaborating with Renopedia. Given a call to interested owner and yet MIA. Or probably after knowing the project will only held in the later part they will rather hack care by all mean. All homeowner need a qualified designer that know the need and discuss along the way doesn’t mean is not within a month or 3month you can simply disregard it, if this the manner, you should had at least explain it while we can in touch in Jan or so and yet nothing.. Nevertheless, we won’t entrust our home renovation with them when they don’t even know the importance of rapport needs to being by creating within owner and ID.

Main ID: Aloysius Jadon Assistant: Jaylyn Quality of workmanship thus far have been great. Have a lot of in built carpentry in our house. Hiccups were mainly due to logistical matters. Aloysius was quick to click with my wife's concept. They were basically on the same wavelength on the design n concept of the house while I was the one struggling to keep up. Jaylyn has fantastic organisational ability and takes the initiative on the communcational aspect, and she does it good. All in all, it's been a good experience throughout the renovation process, and will recommend to anyone!

Design - 7/10 Workmanship (Carpentry) - 4/10 Schedule Management - 7/10 Communications with ID - 4/10 Price - 9/10 Honestly, this company was able to work with very tight budgets. The designs were decent but not excellent. The main complaint I have is workmanship on their carpentry works. It is horrendous. Picture shows part of their carpentry work. The ID I dealt with is quite forgetful. All the things mentioned and rectification works were mentioned before and agreed but the ID forgot what was discussed a few months later. If you are willing to deal with sub-par workmanship and don’t mind having to deal with the ID repeatedly over rectification works, then this ID may be for you. Since it is after all one of the cheapest. Good Luck.
