★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed order with Boba Planet online on 9 Nov. Paid fully and received confirmation email from them. 13 Nov before delivery asked me for shop name and SFA Licence number! It's for my own use where do I have a SFA licence. They said cannot supply to me and will refund me. The problem is there's no terms and conditions or clause on their online website stated that they only supply to business owners! Refrain from ordering from Boba Planet if it's for own usage. Wasting of consumers' trust and time!

If anyone would like to run bubble tea shop, think twice before taking stock from this type supplier only thinking of their own profits

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed, ordered nearly 3k SGD items from Taiwan Boba planet which is related company, to send to my country. Had a mistake to place order before asking if they have ISO certificates. They Don't!, or they either lying to me to avoid me from repetitively asking. Now my items stuck in custom & will be thrown away. 3k SGD Wasted. Not to mention UNFRIENDLY/RUDE service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend this place if you're looking for better ingredients or for personal use because their quality is very good. They have all kinds of bubble tea ingredients and tools and can teach you how to use newer items. Ordering is easy and straightforward.
I think they give lower price for bigger buyers like shops but even the standard price is okay for me as it's quite reasonable already. ??
