β β β β β Poor quality chairs. Poor customer service. The metal parts of the chairs were rusty when delivered. It seemed to suggest that Home Factor did not ensure that the chairs that were delivered to us were in good condition. When we contacted the customer service, we were unsatisfied with the responses and efforts for resolution because they were unreasonable. When asked for the email of the Boss of Home Factor, we were denied. Bottom line, we will NEVER buy any of Home Factorβs products again.

β β β β β Worst experience ever, be careful about good reviews on Carousell, they must be fake! I ordered 2 tables and a chair. The tables were ok, average quality but still usable. The chair was terrible and was hurting my back. It clearly didn't fit my spine and was not supporting it. After asking for a refund their support on Carousell said: "its your problem" and asking why did I sign-up for it. Well, its impossible to know until you really sit on it for some time and your back start to hurt.
Rude & unprofessional support. I don't think its a company, its one person operation reselling things from China. Avoid at all costs! Consumer complaint filed.

β β β β β Not even worth any star!! Purchased from them, agreed on the delivery date via Q0010. But!!!!!! No calls, no reply and cancelled the order without informing. Called them, keep saying no such order number!!!!! THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER RIGHT AFTER YOU CALL THEM. It's a scam! Please don't buy anything from them via any online platform.

β β β β β Poor experience. Purchased a TV console from 38homefactor on Carousell as a gift for my family. Item was delivered wrongly (supposed to be a 180cm in length console but receive a 160cm console). Seller was quick to apologize. However, when mention that this was not the item that we wanted, seller kept insisting we should keep this item. Moreover, the wrong item that we received was in a bad condition (drawers unable to open due to alignment issues, gaps in between doors, chips on door, covered with dust etc.) when condition was stated as NEW in description. We were willing to wait for an exchange, and has asked seller to send a picture of the correct item. However, the management mention the item in their warehouse has the same condition, and most customer would not mind receiving them. They also ask us to compromise on the quality, given that it was their cheaper item in stall, and if we purchase a $400 - $600 items, they guaranteed it will be in a better condition. Seller had made a refund and item had been collected back. However, damage has been done.

β β β β β This shop feels like a scam and I highly discourage customers to shop here. My experience when buying an office chair:
1) wrong communication and mixing up of customer orders for delivery
2) wrong information by the client customer service on payment details of the beneficiary (I had to initiate a refund process via my bank after paying to the wrong beneficiary initially because of that)
3) The shop kept chasing me aggressively for the new payment (before I did receive the actual refund by my bank) even though they did a mistake. They even did threat me with filing police reports in case I donβt pay again until deadlines.
4) Besides, the quality of the chair is incredibly bad (material, posture, stability) you get some idea from the picture. Returning the item wasnβt possible for the shop either.
Overall a shopping experience could barely be worse - from start to end - and this whole concept even felt like it might be made up (hence my impression of a scam company). Hope you guys donβt do the same mistake ordering from that shop.

I ordered because they told me item is ex-stock and available. Wasn't to my knowledge that it is an pre order item.
VERY DISHONEST company.
Advise others to AVOID at all cost.

β β β β β Totally unreliable. I order a rocking chair from them and 1 day after it was delivered the paint peeled off. On inspection I could see the metal was rusty and the paint job was simply a cheap spray paint. Contacted the sale person and they said the boss wanted to refund $3 and asked me if it was OK. I refuted that it was an unreasonable off and by lemon law they had to either fix it, or I could get a full refund. They then counter offer to fix or $5. I'll see if they can really can fix it to an acceptable level. You can see my pictures for the evidence and you can be the judge if you would like to deal with such a company.

β β β β β Echoing similar reviews that has been given. Bought a new chair - it feels like and actually even less than what its been paid for; the frame and legs is loose. There are even cheaper and better options around. Avoid dealing with 38 furniture
