Was at the shop on a weekday and spent nearly an hour explaining to the sales person by the name of Winter my floor plan and the wardrobe requirements. Waited for abt 10 days for a quote that never came. Followed up with a WhatsApp message but received no reply. A waste of my time totally.

Like the wardrobe so much. Room look nicer. Julie and Wendy very friendly and knowledgeable. They even recommend a door design & pole design to fit my space. Ordering proses till installation very smooth. Thank you so much ??

Have been owning Alumix system for years. Good concept and generally good quality. Except for the pole holder that is designed to fail. Every single piece of that pole holder in my house had been changed over the years. Visited and spoke to the staff about the deaign fault, they acknowledged the issue but nothing had been changed since i last visited few years ago. Have a feeling they might had delibrately incorporated this design flaw so customer need to revisit them every few years. My view towards this is because the design flaw can be easily rectified, they acknowledged the issue, chose not to recify it, and benefitted from their own negligence at the cost of the customers. I hope Ximula series is free from this issue. Would give 2 star for the product considering the design fault. Staff service 4 star. Company policy 1 star for knowing and ignoring the critical design fault.

Visited the showroom to enquire on the Alumix pole wardrobe system. Experience was great, the staff was friendly and welcoming to introduce to me the products, variations and common combinations. Do drop by to their showroom if you're interested to find out more. Can't vouch for their quality as I have not used their products.

Engaged beglas to install fluted glass doors. Very prompt and helpful in explaining the type of glass panels and also helped to install door within a very right time frame. Thanks Patrick for the help.

From the first moment i entered their showroom until the end of installation, it was a great experience. The service provided by their sales, measurement and installation team are excellent. Though there was quite a long wait due to their stock issues, it was worth the wait. Keep up the good work :)

Excellent service by staffs fixing the toilet doors n shower screens. Neat n tidy work. The uncle double checked w us all the details before he took the measurements ?Patrick is quite helpful too and displayed patience in communicating the details to us.

Located in Toa Payoh Industrial Park. Custom made. Best to go see their options and ask for proposal at their premises. They will then arrange to do site at your house, 3 weeks to fabricate and fixing. Good service so far while at their premises.
