M	Moe Myat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very understanding about switching from collection to delivery but haven’t received any updates nor confirmations on delivery window/time as of yet on a pre-ordered rowing machine. Overall super efficient and friendly so far.
P	Po Xian Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to buy a 1.5m barbell, next day I got email says "shipped". More than a week later after repeated chasing on Whatsapp, the CS say no stock cannot ship. Why was the stock not checked in the first place before saying my status is "Shipped"? I thought it meant you guys have checked and packed the barbell for delivery already. If you can verify my paynow payment you cant verify stock too? Very slow CS response throughout, have to chase repeatedly on Whatsapp. Still awaiting my refund. It's not a big order but I definitely will be hesitant to use them or reco my friends to when we build our home gyms next time. Edit: Refund received shortly after posting this review.
Z	Zero Limit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought a barbell complete set (63kg) on the website by default is come with a 1.5m barbell but the website don't allow me to checkout without additional selection, so I have no choice I added a 1.2m curl bar. The items was delivered within a week, but there was a missing item 1.5m barbell(by default). So I contacted the company the staff(Max) return my call and he said deal to the Webpage error that was a mistake but they did not want to honor there're mistake by return me the missing items, which was listed when I purchased. He cannot make the decision so he need to check with the high management but until 1week there was no response from him again. I only can said there're after sale service was worst and will not honor what they listed on the website. I read through all the past review, I believe they will definitely reply with a lot of excuses.

Delivery was fast and quality of products was good. Some plates I ordered did not fit on one of the bars. But again, customer service was very helpful and responsive. Within just a few days, they had sent someone to give me my refund and collect the plates affected. Good experience overall and would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately, it wasn't on offer / unable to order. Contacted the team and they opened it up for me at their 11.11 discount price. Great! Post sale, the team immediately confirmed with me the delivery schedule / date to managed my expectations. Was in constant contact with the team regarding delivery. Very responsive team and I was always updated on delivery confirmations and delays which I expected being the holiday season. Overall a great experience with the team and will definitely be back for repeat purchases. Highly recommended to kit out your gym!
