β β β β β Bought the ujolly massager in December 2020. Product was good but spoilt in ~ 5 months.
When I called the customer service hotline seeking help with the issue, I was unable to get through to anyone after 5 attempts on various days and this was in spite of waiting on the line for over 15 mins. Hence, tried sending a text to Osimβs WhatsApp business account - however there was zero reply after 8 days.
In the end I had to lug the product back to an Osim shop myself for repair.
Good products but terrible (or almost non existent) customer service.
