Fion helped us through the process and the helper she had selected for our family fit our family’s need quite well. 3 years later first helper returned home for good and we engaged Fion’s service again for our next helper. Overall we have pleasant experience with Fion and will recommend our family and friends to her.

My previous helper (direct hired from another maid agency) dropped the bomb on 11 Apr 2022 that she needed to go home ASAP due to her crying child longing for her return. I immediately viewed and shortlisted a few bio datas from different agencies' websites and sent in my interest to them same day after 10pm. Fion responded to me on 12 Apr morning and immediately arranged video call interview with a shortlisted helper and eventually she became my current helper. She also helped me to make all the necessary arrangements to send my ex-helper back to Indonesia. Overall, I am very satisfied with the level of her excellent service. My current good helper was actually collected by me on 27 April 2022. Super efficient service despite the ongoing pandemic restrictions during that time !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want say a word of thanks to Patricia, the sales lady at the Ang Mo Kio outlet. She was very very hardworking in sourcing for a maid to meet our needs. Whenever we need to arrange for an interview, she would oblige. And during the interviews, she would be listening attentively, trying to see if we had missed out asking any important questions. When the helper could not understand my questions, Patricia would try to rephrase them in a different way, to make it easier for the helper to ubderstand. Even late at night, if we had a question, she would respond. It is indeed rare to find someone as helpful as Patricia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor experience with Esther. She must be too busy doing after sales that she had no time for new sales. She promised to get back to us within 2-3 days in view of our urgency. However despite repeated chasers, she basically read our messages but ignored us when we placed our hopes with her. The least we expect is at least a reply and she can manage our expectations from there. After 7 days of no reply, we gave up. I can hardly believe the good reviews if the sales person is so irresponsible. If she can’t be bothered about new sales, why would her after sales be good after she has earned her comms. Think twice people!
