★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff lost a page of my employment contract and stapled ALL the pages wrongly. Horrible, horrible quality of work. Please at least be mindful and careful when doing work, especially when you are providing services to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man working here is totally useless. He doesn’t even know how to operate his own equipment. Wanted to print 3 pieces of A3 colour and he didn’t know which tray to load it from in the computer. Don’t count on this man. Before this I forgot to add the .jpg extension to my print file and he just dismissed it rudely saying cannot open and turned his back to me.
I was here previously and the lady was so much nicer and more professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The printing quality is good, awesome service from them because I've been printing my stuff with them since my poly days till my uni days and they remembered me. But their customer service towards new customers are not as friendly.
This may cause some misunderstandings as they can be perceived as being quite rude some times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, all. Definitely would not recommend you all to come here and print. The aunty is unprofessional, very rude and not helpful at all. My request is to ask her help me to resize the artwork before printing. I already measure the size for her but she rejected. I think the reason she rejected is because I only need one copy. Why? Because this is the first question she ask me when I requested her to help me scale down the artwork. After that she shown all her bad attitude to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop has been around for 30+ years. Have patronised it since school days. Very good and friendly service provided by the shop. Unit price of printing one page of black and white A4 size is also reasonable (min 100 pages). Managed to get the printed copies within short turnaround time. Good paper quality as well.
