I spoke to Bryan Loo and he gave very informed and good advice regarding which storage water tank works best for my home. Due to his professionalism I confirmed the purchase the day after speaking to him. Installation was done by Pudu a day later. Meticulous, friendly and approachable, he made sure the job was done properly (he took about 3 hours plus in total because it included dismantling of existing water tank) before he left. The hundreds of good reviews cant be wrong. I would definitely recommend my friends and relatives to Homeone if they have any plumbing / water heater needs!

Emailed Homeone after some Google search for storage water heater replacement. Mr Peck replied instantly. He was professional, knowledgeable and patient with me in replying to my queries. He explained the current issues and recommended a replacement. We arranged for an installation the next day at 9.30am. Mr Saravanan arrived punctually and the installation process was smooth. He explained some limitations with the existing fixtures and sought our approval to install an additional pipe for the pressure relief valve to comply to PUB requirements. I was looking for replacement of storage heater for my HDB with very tight space from the ceiling to door. I spoke to Bryan, who was really professional and gave good advice on which brands and models were reliable and fits my needs. He gave good recommendation, answered to all enquires I had patiently, and he even showed me pictures and videos of how similar units had the same heater installed. It is extremely rare to have someone give proper advice for selection of suitable heater without being pushy. I highly recommend potential customers giving them a call/chat to find out what suits your needs. The installer came on time, looked at the bathroom, and explained to me how heater will be mounted (no drilling on tiles as it is ceiling mounted). He even asked me to inspect the heater before mounting. He did a great job making sure the pipes are done in a neat and tidy manner.
