The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I ordered my furnitures from owen and I had a few issues after. Owen is very patient to help me with it. Very happy with their service. Looking forward to receive our customised sofa!

Edwin is the most enthusiastic sales person that Iโ€™ve ever met. After a horrifying experience in the Tampines branch, we are so glad that we came to GWC and met Edwin. Bought our sofa and dining table set for our new house from this branch during the year end sale and got major discounts from their promotion. If thereโ€™s a best employee award, Edwin should win it.

Furniture at Homes to Life is well made and gave one of the best look to my home. Buying experience in HTL in Great World is amazing as their store assistant are all professional by taking good care of their customer needs. My favourite contact there is Edwin, having a friendly and considerate attitude makes my shopping experience even better. Strongly recommend them for good quality furniture.

Edwin from HTL was friendly, helpful, and not pushy. He was very accommodating with all our requests, and offered us advice on how to maximise value with the furniture purchases. We ended up buying a sofa, dining table, TV console, and more from them. The furniture looked great. But what sealed the deal for us was Edwin's excellent service.

We ordered a 2.5 seater leather sofa from HomesToLife (Space@Tampines) on 6th March 2022 and the delivery was scheduled on 28th March 2022. On 28th March, my wife was present during the delivery and 2 delivery staffs was dismantling the packaging plastic of the sofa and assembling the sofa set. She was asked to check the condition of the sofa and the working condition of the recliners. The delivery guys then asked her to sign the delivery checklist that the sofa was in good and working condition. 3 days later, when she extended the recliner on the right side sofa, she was shocked to realise thereโ€™s a deep cut on the leg rest portion of the sofa. She reported this issue to our Sales representative Eve Chua and requested her to help on this leather issue which was obviously caused by the delivery guys using penknife which accidentally cut the leather during dismantling the packaging plastic and the guys kept quiet about it. The cut was well hidden and we couldnโ€™t see it when itโ€™s in a non reclining position as the leather was dark color. Eve came back 2 weeks later with a solution that the company will absorb the labour $120 and transport $160 but we have to pay the leather material for $400. We find it unacceptable and unreasonable for us as consumers to pay for the damages which is not caused due to our negligence or mishandling the product. The sofa was not cheap and cost about $2500 range. We are inexperienced consumers who do not know what to check for defects on sofas. Eve mentioned that since we signed the delivery acceptance, we have to bear some responsibility. So far Eve has served us well explaining the sofa care and helped us to talk to the management regarding this issue. Weโ€™re really disappointed that the after sales customer service and logistics department handling of this leather issue. Iโ€™ve attached a video and some pictures of the cut on the leather and to prove that the cut was not clearly visible without closer look to it. We have sent an email to the company customer service since 25th April to request for a satisfactory resolution on this issue and up till now they did not reply or follow up. Weโ€™re extremely disappointed and unhappy the way this company handle after sales service. Hence, we hope this review will help other customers who bought furniture from HomesToLife to check and inspect in detail for any defects of their furniture during delivery.

I have recently purchased a recliner sofa from HomesTolife. The sofa was very suitable for my home, very good leather quality and most importantly very comfortable. My family loves the sofa. I was served by sales personnel named Kim. He is very knowledgeable and helpfully in understanding what the needs of the customer -not pushy introducing the the design and style I was looking for. The selection from the store was great. Kim followed up all the way through the delivery process which went very smoothly. As well a very professional delivery team. I had a wonderful experience at HomesToLife. I will not hesitate to use them again. Thank You Kim.

I like their furniture and I bought recliner sofa 4 years ago. However, I have an disappointment about their after sales process and customer service quality. I visited store today and requested for service of recliner sofa malfunction. However, staff told me: 1. The sales record is not existing in store, so I have to contact customer support number directly. (They didnโ€™t even bother to check on their CRM system.) 2. When I asked sales person to put my request to customer support team, they confirmed shop doesnโ€™t provide that kind of service after sales. In fact, the store arranged technician to visit my place to replace the part when it happened 1st time. They confirmed this process is no more and every customer needs to arrange it through customer support call or email. Please be aware of this poor after sales service process prior to purchase high cost items.

Bought the 3+2 Symphony sofa set from Edwin after a couple of visits to the store. We found Edwin to be an honest, affable and patience young man. He took time to explain the various features of the sofa, and he is not pushy at all! As promised, the leather quality is really good, best of all, reasonable pricing as well. The delivery team is professional and the delivery schedule timely, which is rare nowadays. Overall, an exceptional customer experience! Highly recommended!
