★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the friendliness and helpful suggestions from the Staff here. They were prompt and able to answer our queries. Bought as Take-away, Mango Tart Slice, Sumo Citrus Rare Cheese Cake and Richness Baked Cheese Cake. All 3 cakes were delicious and with the right degree of sweetness. The display of pastries on the glass showcases were neat and clean. Will check out the one @Vivo on next visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went this evening and bought several cakes which was fine. Then I decided to sit down and ordered a matcha latte and a caramel latte. Both were barely warm. I told the staff and he told me “yes, we have had several people complain about this. It’s made by our machine, that’s why”. I’m like huh. Then why are you still selling barely warm coffees? I brought it up again just before leaving and not once did the staff say sorry. All he said was “ok” and I was being kind the whole time. What a waste of money. Do not order hot drinks at this outlet. Sorry about the one star, just to be clear, it’s only for staff attitude and coffee. The cakes here are pretty good!
