โ โ โ โ โ The food options and services were good but the shop had a very dark and dreary atmosphere. The lights weren't on too bright and it felt a bit scary to enter.

โ โ โ โ โ Disappointed when I last visited, hearing one of the staff there shouting us to close the fridge, saying the weather's too hot wait the fridge will spoilt?
We are one of the regulars, could have ask what we wanted and offered to help us, then you won't have to worried we spoilt your fridge.
Also, please dun introduce us your only favourite when we had know what brand n products we are looking for. The lady boss know us.
We got other places to purchase the same products, we supported here was becos of the friendly service we got from the lady boss.

โ โ โ โ โ My 1st trip here today. Boss is chatty, friendly n eager to help :)
Shop opens Mon-Sat incl PH, but if the PH falls on a Sunday, it is closed. Operating hrs from 8am to 4pm-5pm.. Best to go before 4pm or give the boss a call b4 gg over.
Hong An gives free delivery for home customers who spend at least $100 per trip. Just order via the phone. Takes 1-2 days to deliver.
