This shop was established in 1987 supplying to construction projects. Now it has evolved into selling bathroom wares and accessories. Joyce, the business owner is able to provide solutions to tricky installation situations. She also has many parts that most don't even know exist. Worth a visit to this old school but trust worthy shop.

Terrible experience. The seller here uses bait and switch tactics. I pointed and ordered a Crizto model, and she wrote an illegible invoice and delivered a similar looking otto brand, saying that its exactly the same. My mistake for not asking for invoice to be written in proper order. When i went back to the store to ask for the change to what i ordered, They refused and outright told me to throw away the one i just changed and buy a new one. The Audacity!!! These guys are outright professional bait and switch cheaters. NEVER buy from them. Also, the sales lady, knows absolutely nothing. Everything you ask her she will say ask jimmy" Who is their sole "contractor" for installing the things they sell. Also, they will tell you installation is included. But in the invoice it gets split out and you will get charged separately. Anthony thing to note. All their toilet bowl on display has NO COVER. This is cause regardless of the toilet bowl you order, they will send a deflective cover (Wrong sized cover) that barely fits, and is extremely uncomfortable. Image attached. And they said if you want a proper cover to pay an extra 150 dollars for the COVER... This cover is undersized, and causes your skin to get clipped at the edges every time you sit on it, also, its unstable as the toilet bowl is too large to properly support the cover. Attached also is the invoice from them, which she told me verbally, installation included, but on delivery, contractor charges extra 240 for installation. Or else i will forfeit my order...

Lady boss was very helpful and patiently listened to what I needed for my outdoor setup before making a recommendation. Will definitely patronise again.
