There was a leak in a concealed water pipe in my semi-detached house and Ibrahim and Marty from your company were very prompt, friendly, and professional in solving the problem to my satisfaction.

UPDATED 18 FEB 2021(DAY 3)...STRONGLY ADVISED TO READ!!! THEY COME WHEN THEY DO... ACCORDING TO THEIR CLOCK..!! Day 1. Was fairly quick to respond during first appointment to assess issue which motivated me to take up their service to make repairs next day. FEELS LIKE A MISTAKE!!! Hope am proven wrong... Appointment made for 9+ morning. At 1030am still nowhere in sight n no calls from them. 2 men finally appeared at about 1110am. When asked why the delay...no replies, no acknowledgment n no apologies. Starting to worry.... Incredible part was wen lead man asked what leak issue was...??!? This was after 2 other men had come on first day to assess!?!? Fudge... Work began and took many hours. Issue is complicated ..truthfully. After 5 long hours leak finally REPAIRED & RESOLVED!!! Kudos to the guys!! Am very thankful but cant help but still feel worried... Now am told that to fix water proofing n replacement tiles will take 2 more days... To be continued..... Day 2. At end of day 1 was told dat dey would come back at 10am next day to cont... AS I EXPECTED...11ish was when plumber actually arrived. Work i was told took place pretty quick considering it was just to apply the water proofing. Day 3. Today plumber came past 12pm and work to install tiles n appliances started only then. Job completed close to 3pm and was informed that all was good but not to wash the toilet yet...fair enough.. -----Bill Paid---- Then it happened!! LEAK!!!! Is it even a SURPRISE anymore...??!!!? Just minutes after plumber left, the floor started to get wet again!! This for a job that took 3 days to complete!?!! On their ad they state that they operate 24hrs. But when told of issue they say "Will come tomorrow.." Wat d fudge seriously....??!??! At end of day 1 when review was first posted, a response from owner to call so that can make right came quickly. Honestly I was not ready to be spoken to with explaination or justification..what matters was punctuality or thereabouts and the Quality of job. To be Continued....AGAIN......!!!?!?

Excellent service from the team to fix our underground water pipe leakage over a public holiday long weekend. They were very professional, efficient, and helpful at our time of need! Thank you for the good work.
