★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofesional and rude staffs. Bad payment system. Can't receive payment several times. One time when I forget to signed out, agent asked me to come office collect money. When I finally got all the way to the office, the woman staff at the counter tell me "You can only collect if your agent is here". End up wasting my trip there. Wanted to meet the agent but he is always "not free". So I got tired and just let the $68 fly away. Very very unprofessional at dealing with situations. Maybe that's how the company eats people's money...

3 star bcuz of got a lot of job, pay within 3 working day(avg),
Cons:
-the agent staff very rude,
-working more than 6-8 hours shift, but don't have a break!
-The agent always don't want to reply our message
-I think this agents taking us $2 / per hours,
Compare with other agent charge $1/hours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shall I say, the first agency that has an Apps solely for their workers and Company used. Their amazing Apps is user friendly. You can book a part time job directly from there, how much is the salary per hour, how will the salary be paid, how to get there. Incredible!!! You can get mostly all the info that you want from there. A wow factor indeed. Staff wise? I gave them ????? up. And All in all I gave them ? ? ? ? ? ? rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall a good agency. Reading the past comments, can tell that the agency has taken those comments seriously and has worked hard on improving. I feel that the pay is decent. Some other agencies might be paying just a little more but YY definitely isn’t underpaying their staff so no complains from me. I don’t believe that there are much or any delays in receiving payment. In terms of availablity of banquet jobs, my agent always update me on the daily jobs that I can do. His replies are fast and conversing with him is smooth and easy. From reading past comments, YY has definitely improved, and I hope that they can continue doing so

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agent was rude, resorted to threats such as " mark my words " and " If you' late again, your booked slots will be cancelled" when i was late for work by 15mins due to heavy rain which caused heavy traffic.
p.s this isn't the first time hence i'm writing this review. Highly recommended that the higher ups review their staffs once in a while :D

Apply a job and I was late to response due to QO and unwell, the agent just give me warning as not to play with his time n block me off the ad.
He didnt allowed time for people to make arrangement.
Who will predict beforehand to be going under QO??
Hello! Now is covid period, u want to force people to bleach their QO? R u going to pay the penalty if the person get caught?Do you have a common sense??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agent seems to not understand English and keeps on asking you to sign a contract as a freelancer without CPF contribution and no overtime pay or public holiday pay despite you repeatedly requesting for CPF contribution as it is compulsory according to Employment Act. There are many unreasonable clauses in the contract that make it hard for an employee to accept. Will not recommend this agency. Very unprofessional agency with no trained staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company advertised for a position that does not show that Chinese language is a requirement, but after applying for it, then the recruiter asked if you could speak Chinese. It is very misleading for applicants who do not speak Chinese. Advertisement is very misleading, unprofessional, and lacking in integrity. Minus rating is appropriate for this company. The company says they can not indicate that Chinese language is a requirement. I wonder why?
