This is going on over a year. I'm happy to provide copies of all correspondence if Alan & Steiner attempt to refute these claims. All we want is transparent information and to be kept updated.

It has bn a gd several mths & from the start, we already had to chase him for updates & his plan to recover & he will often replied, give him time and we asked how long coz its already 9 over mths, no reply. We know there are restrictions but somehow, since you are expert in this field, one need not hv to wait this long to see initial result or maybe some hopeful results but disappointedly, NONE! We did not say that you did not do the job but we do wonder how often and have you been active in pursuing our debt? We have already been stressed with this bad debt, not a small sum though and now not getting any positive response from you. You did not even bother to return calls and it made us as if we are a nuisance. We even ask if you are gg to handle our job, No Response. Well, if you cannot handle or do not wish to, said so & refund a portion of our Admin Fee, dont waste each other's time. I don't think there is a need for you to 'dispute' here since you dont even bother to reply or revert back to us;(

I have had 100% recovery outcome of old debts that my other previous debt collector were unable to recover. I also find their fees and charges to be relative to the amount of work completed to recover the debt

At first Alan (partner of this company) made promises that sure can collect back my money, but after I paid the set up fee, no more updates from him. I can understand if the collection has problem but at least the company should give an update. Alan now does not answer phone call or reply messages. I engaged this co services because of the money being owned but now it is double whammy because I lost the 4-figure fee paid to this company. Pls be cautious if you are engaging this company.

We had tried over a period of 2 years to collect the debt ourselves but with very limited success. Once we appointed Alan & Steiner to handle the debt, they immediately did the necessary research on the customer and had various meetings with them to organize a re payment plan that would recover the debt in a timely manner.
