Is the only handmade Bao in this area.
As to how good is the Bao. Whilst I am here, about 5 customers were turned away as the Bao is not ready (they came before their operating hours). All were told to come back 20-30 minutes later.
3 of them can’t back 20 minutes later and wait for it.
You don’t get this type of customer loyalty with mediocrity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their attitude was bad and the portion was pathetically small. I asked if the siew mai was handmade and the uncle jeered at me “you buy one siew mai still want it to be handmade?” Zzz pls avoid at all cost.

Bao bun very chewy but soft and tasty, filling is savoury and yummy, lean meat type not fatty one.
I was thinking about getting red bean bao too, but its no more on menu.
Only pork bao (big), char siu bao, glutinous rice and 1 more in chinese letter so i dont know what it is.

The char siew bao is freaking nice
The bao skin is slightly thick but seals the flavour.
The char siew is locked into this thick walled bao, the char siew charred fragrance is in there, the meat filling is generous and juicy.
Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price has gone up after CNY. Big pau up 20cents, charsiew pau up 10 cents and loamaikai up 10cents. Only SiewMai remain at 60cents which is cheap. They only sell 4 items now; no more lotus and red bean pau. The skin of the big pau is abit thick for my liking.
