★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hongbin Carpentry is totally unprofessional and their sales guy don't response at all. They took the job and partial stuff delivered after chasing many times and for remaining stuff they didn't deliver and they don't answer the call. When I called using different number then call is answered but the movement we ask for the status they say we are client place and call you back and after that they don't call back and will never answer your phone. BEAWARE from Hongbin Carpentry Pte Ltd... If you want BIG headache then you can take their service otherwise pay some extra amount get the work done by other Carpentry companies

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hongbin carpentry did a poor job. Consistent delays and workmanship is not the best. The wooden shelf is not cut straight, uneven surfaces, chips in the internal PVC which was just painted over, scratch glass, instructions given to 1 person but not relayed to person taking over and then say is owner fault, if leave review on FB will get blocked and comment removed (thus the rating is so high), then even giving instructions, they make mistakes and try to convince u to accept. These are some issues. Rectification works can take as long as 6 months. Call and no pick up. Very poor experience. Won't be recommending them anytime soon. Even the final product got errors till I lazy to ask them to come change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agree with all above feedbacks. Hongbin Carpentry service is really very very bad. And quality of the material and quality of work is really very poor compare to other Carpentry Companies. Most of the staff service is very bad, even if you complain the owner of the company then also nothing will happen because he's also irresponsible person . If you'll try to provide your feedback on Facebook then they'll block you and 1 year warranty as per contract also will be gone. I'll recommend instead of providing the feedback on their advt. please provide the feedback directly to all the potential buyers who are looking for their service.
I'll recommend better pay some extra amount and get much better quality and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satisfied with my cabinets newly installed yesterday. Installers were professional and experienced. They also ensure proper cleanup before leaving. Thanks for the great service and workmanship. Pricing is also reasonable after I compared to various sources. No hard selling. Special mention to Ah Di (one of the installer) who was able to provide solutions on the spot and ensure everything was in order before leaving. ?
