★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in the middle of my shift sending a food panda order, bike cable snapped, motor stopped working. Luckily the place I was delivering to was urban riders, the boss was solid. Fixed up my bike and even lent me his to complete my next delivery while he was looking at mine. Fast efficient, reasonable and trustworthy. After that awesome experience I'm gonna get all e-mobility related services and products from them. Solid local company, will visit again.
