โ โ โ โ โ A strange retail experience where the shop assistants dont really seem like they want you there not interested in selling anything. I think Honma hq would be pretty disgusted by this poor retail experience.

โ โ โ โ โ Visited the store today with my family. Horrible and totally unacceptable service from the retail lady today. Age around 40. Treated me as if I was an idiot and answered my questions with an attitude. Immediately I lost all interest and mood to purchase from this store.
Went to Takashimaya instead and was treated well by Johnny. Bought 3 SETS of Honma clubs. 2 stars, 3 stars and 4 stars which amounted to a large sum.
Hope that the lady at Wheelock branch would change her perception of people and service. With that bad attitude of hers, it caused a potential customer like me to leave with a bitterness taste in my mouth.
Judging from the past review, I can see that I wasn't the only one who was treated this way.

โ โ โ โ โ Another great shopping experience in Honma at Wheelock. Have been communicating with Kerene since early this year about the lady golf gloves (my preference in the market). Due to covid, the shipping have been delayed. Every time when I communicate with Karene, I always impressed with her great customer service. She is not only patience but also have good product knowledge. Today, I bought a range finder and as usual the shopping experience is fantastic as she never disappoint me. Good job Kerene.
