★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stuff are pretty decent and I would have enjoyed shopping here on a regular basis.
Unfortunately, it’s ridiculous that I have to download their app and forced to sign up as a member to buy something at a physical store.
If they want to be so exclusive, why not do it the Costco way and only allow members to enter? Instead, they trick customers into shopping and forced to register just to pay. Just feels like a scam, probably collecting our data and selling it.
Since they don’t give customers a choice, a better choice will be to delete their app and never bother buying anything from them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a $449 Yuri rattan shoe cabinet online - arrived today, and it was not as expected (too yellow / cheap looking varnish, but ok "solid wood").
Chatted with customer setvice who said i can return my order at the physical store -- so exactly 3 hours after the order was delivered I took a cab to orchard with the shoe cabbinet. *i returned the cabinet the SAME DAY it was delivered*
Lo and behold, store said. FINE PRINT: no furniture return. After a lot of back and forth with customer service, they'll deduct 20% from final price for the restocking fee (basically i loose $89). I still returned the cabinet.
Moral of the leason: NEVER ORDER FURNITURE ONLINE. Especially from Iuiga.
Two star rating because they have goodk affordable small items ... but so does ikea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my luggage online on 6 May 2022 at 12.17pm, also left a note to mentioned to call me if unable to deliver the next day. Upon completing my order, the estimated delivery is on 7 May. Till today I had not receive my item. Called the courier 4 times today and the last phone call says that the warehouse is unable to find my luggage.
I had emailed to IUIGA and had not hear from them about how to solve this issue. I need to fly out tomorrow and need to use this luggage. It is totally unacceptable and want to get a total refund for such poor service.
Very Very Very fustrating shopping here!!!! You did not choose your logistic partner well
