★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Very good. Flavourful without being too salty. Very generous with ingredients unlike similarly priced dumplings out there. Keep the price and I will keep coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time trying Hoo Kee Bak Chang. Overall is quite a tasty bak zhang which I had tried before so far.
It will be perfect if sweetness can be reduce. Ingredient is a bit too sweet however very generous ingredient in it and the size of the ba zhang just nice not too big not to small.
Overall 8/10????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried deluxe all-in-one and taste was great. Fragrant and full of ingredients. Was told that the bak chang can be kept in fridge for up to 5 days and steam before consuming. I bought it during non festive period as I did not manage to get any during dragon boat festival. They are quite popular and usually sold out fast during dragon boat festival.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor review because I went all the way to the store after checking Google and their website only to find that it was closed.
No signage or anything.
They also did not answer their phone and emailed back to tell me they are temporarily closed.
Let people know that you are closed so we don't waste 1 hr travelling to your store!

They even have a little string to pull to release the Chang. Don't need to cut!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice old school style rice dumplings. Would like to see more variety in their dumpling types. Definitely need advance pre-order if you intend to buy them to celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival, and be prepared to pay a bit higher during that period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The condo did a groupbuy, and we got some signature bakchang at $5.50, as well as normal ones at $3.50. They were quite good, and the signature one had lots of mushrooms and chestnut pieces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality bak chang (Chinese meat dumplings) with generous chunks of flavorful meat and good sized chestnuts, with/without large whole salted duck egg yolks and thick succulent mushrooms, surrounded by tasty rice of exactly the right sticky consistency. The MICHELIN Guide Singapore Bib Gourmand status is well deserved.
