What happens when you receive your bowl of noodles and are too eager to try that bowl immediately? You upload a photo of an empty bowl. So delicious! Do expect a queue. I arrived late and queued from 105pm to 135pm. I didnโ€™t get to try the soup because it is sold out at that time. Which means just come earlier next time. My highlight of the dish is the pork lard. An explosion of flavour and oil in your mouth when you bite into one with every mouth of noodles. Worth the calories and your time.

โ€œDryโ€ version of noodles on its own is just (rather too) spicy and has no other taste. Second time ordering from here - previously the dry noodles had come with soup. The lady at the stall, when asked about the soup, rolled her eyes instead of clarifying that one would have to order the set to get soup with dry noodles. Maybe youโ€™ve had a tough day, lady, but no reason to pass on your negative vibe to your customers (and then proceed to drown our noodles in way too much chili). I do have fond memories of the rich soup, but definitely not a stall I am inclined to patronise again, sadly.

A good review by a famous food blogger brought me to try out this young coupleโ€™s stall. The refreshing menu, with transparent pricing options and โž• priced separately, are good entrepreneurial trails I noticed while queueing up. Their signature noodles, plus the add-ons I have selected, cost an excellent $8.5. And I'm a happy camper. To me, this is a wholesome bowl of noodles, a product of the excellent work of the couple. And I'm sure I will be back again soon. Hopefully, I will get more awareness for them. This post promotes hawkerpreneur and gives nods to encourage more youngsters with a deep passion for working towards achieving their way of living. And also acknowledge the excellent work of word of mouth via blogging. Last but not least, thank you for preserving the local food culture. #andrewtanatomisingapore #theatomiway #enterpreneurship #hawkerpreneur #ecosystem #food #blogging #wordofmouthmarketing #culture

Ordered mee tai mak dry spicy with added vinegar. Love the texture of mee tai mak and the savoury sauce. Had the bowl of noodles with chilli padi. Also had the bowl of soup that came with liver, and lean meat. Love it that they used tee poh in the noodles and soup. Lovely bowl of BCM. Personally, I don't enjoy the after taste of the porky umami soup. Overall a decent bowl of BCM.

Stall manage by a young couple. Tried the $7 signature minced meat noodle. Every strand of the noodle is well coated with the good combination of sauces and was well-cooked. Ingredients potion is good too. Just find that the thick soup is too overpowering with pork smell otherwise will be a good bowl of Bak Chor Mee.

Love love love this mince meat noodles! Ordered the signature set with mince meat noodles and soup filled with other proteins with additional dumpling and egg! First the noodles- well cook and not overly mushyโ€ฆ sauces are balanced in flavour but a tad salty but this is personal. With the dried fish and pork lard, it adds a whole level of umami to a simple bowl of noodles. Soup- go easy with the pepper so that the flavour of the soup are fully appreciated. Soup stock packs a punch in wonderful aroma with an egg added, it is perfect! Ingredients- slice pork, dumplings, liver, fish maw etc etc is a generous portion! All ingredients are fresh and thickly sliced. BEWARE: If you order the dry version only, they do not serve any soup. NOTE- Hand made fish dumpling are definitely a must have! Love the texture and freshness! Parking is a bit of a challenge with a daily small carpark behind. But plenty of parking options should u donโ€™t mind walking a little. Q can form but generally fast and prompt service! Thumbs up!

Have been reading good reviews and finally has a chance to taste it. I ordered a $5 bowl of minced meat kway teow soup. There are a good mix of ingredients however the soup has a rich flavour that is a bit overpowering for my personal liking. I may order the dry version next time.

Super long queues so expect a wait. The stall is use to queue now and goes at an OK pace. I waited just over 30mins with about 12 in front of me. I noted that several of the people in front of me ordered for larger groups. Once ordered I received the dry Noodle bowl and a large bowl of soup. I ate the bowl in under 2mins. It was great with good spice and good bits of lard to give a crunch. The soup also adds to the meal. Recommended.
