★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dirty and old place. And people sitting outside giving dirty stares at you. Which is very creepy. So the place seems to be a very uncomfortable and creepy place. My wife would never leave the room if she's not with me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I can say is ... Hoover Hotel is an Old Skool Bldg. Super cheap accommodation at hourly rate. ONLY cash is accepted. Not even NETS ya. And when I say cheap price, don't expect e place to be so 'chim'. An hour or two still same price of $20 SGD. Toilet can and is definitely only fit 1 pax. Mostly local tv channels and only 1 HBO channel. Highest level is only 3 floors. No lift. For overnight stays, most nearby reputable hotels do offer the same price range for a better or more comfortable experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap and no frills accommodation suitable for short term accommodation. Easy access to Whampoa hawker centre. In fact, a 23 hours Indian Muslim food stall is just a stone's throw away. Expect to rub shoulders with the mostly Malaysian nationals who are situated in the hotel during the Covid period. Basic but livable condition for the budget conscious.

They'll advise you accordingly based on your occasion.
Good hotel for transit & staycation.
Smoking rooms available.
Pretty decent rooms & spacious too.
Be prepared to climb the stairs.
Located strategically beside a 24 hours Indian Muslim restaurant & convenient store.
Bus stop is also nearby.
Call in for booking to avoid disappointment.
