Food was alright but nothing really to shout about. The music was exceptionally loud and heavy on the bass. Playlist was a little off for the place as well. We made a reservation but for some reason it didn’t sync with their system so there was a bit of a wait when we arrived. Food took awhile to be served. Probably more of a place to come for the cocktails than the food as they seemed pretty interesting. Service was decent though.

Came for Mother’s Day lunch, and we were pleasantly surprised that they still do offer set lunches. Set lunches are pretty value for money, and it comes with soup and drink. Our favourite was the chilli crab pasta! May not be the best place to sit and talk for long, as it can get quite noisy given the open space

Big shoutout to Mac for his excellent service. It was one of the busiest nights last Friday 1 Jul and he came back several times to apologise even though we didn't feel bad. Love his explanations about the cocktails, fun experience. Overall, we had a great night and will be back again soon!

The place was quite packed and bustling when we showed up, so we could only sit at the bar. I didn’t mind because it was the perfect spot to watch the bartender make several of their theatrical, signature cocktails. Once I was ready to order, it was tough to locate a server because all three-four were still occupied with other guests. The bartender promptly took our order. The calamari we ordered was delicious. The batter was extremely crispy and hot. The squid inside was fresh. It was perfect. Then my Blood-and-Tears Cocktail was served. There was fire, smoke and theatrics, maybe a little cliché but definitely quite innovative with the pipe, black jar and glass set against this wooden wire backdrop. The bartender also delivered the story behind the drink. It was a bit too sweet for me personally but I still enjoyed the drink. At last, the lamb shank appeared on our table. The meat itself was indeed tender but the mashed potatoes underneath was a bit too salty, especially with the sauce. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful dining experience. My only complaint would be the air-con or lack of. It was so hot inside that I was feeling uncomfortable and sweating profusely.

Food and ambience was good. Really liked the Katong Lobster Roll. Bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Raw oysters were also very fresh and tasty. The highlight of the place though, were the cocktails. They were really creative, from the cups to the recipes, and I liked how the staff would give a brief explanation on the concept of the cocktails upon serving. Tried the bespoke cocktail and the bartender got my taste almost spot on. You definitely need to make a reservation if you intend to come during the peak dining hours as the place will be packed.

Came for the cereal prawn burger, but I was a little disappointed that it didn't sufficiently capture the the cereal prawn flavour - maybe more curry leaf, and a thicker and crisper cereal coating on the patty would have helped? The mushroom risotto was surprisingly good though! Definitely one of the better risottos I've had, although I must say the portion looked quite small when it was served haha. The staff were also really nice and friendly, and attentive when we dropped our cutlery (brought over more without us having to ask), so overall it was still a good experience.

Food was served quick, fairly decent in terms of taste and flavour. They have unique selection of Singapore-inspired cocktails and is definitely worth a visit during happy hours. Services was exemplary, we were given a brief explanation on the drink’s concoction and the inspiration behind it.

Great variety of food for communal sharing, coupled with interesting and unique cocktails. Will be back to try other stuff on both food and drinks menu. Also, kudos to Xin who was amazing and prompt in serving us and everyone else at level two. One-man show on a crowded Friday night. Thanks for the impeccable service and hospitality, we appreciated that very much and we had an awesome night! PS: only one issue - the pearls for Bubble Bean cocktail were seriously rock hard on that night.
