The lady take the time to help you find what you are looking for. Not like some other rude shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such good fun shopping here for mahjong tiles. Aunty Betty was full of character and stories if one takes the time to chit chat with her. Selection of mahjong sets and accessories (dice, table, felt, etc) are aplenty (be hands on going through the various sets!) Bought a set of rummy tiles from her too on top of a set of beautiful teal mahjong tiles.

I was searching for interesting tile colours and found Hor Yit Meng Trading Co's product list online. Decided to visit the shop to see the variety of mahjong colours and accessories in person. It is located next to the bread shop.
Very helpful and friendly elderly shop owners who speak both English and Chinese and provided great recommendations. There are ATMs nearby in case you forgot to bring cash to pay.
Happy with my purchase of A1 mahjong set, metal mahjong case, mahjong mat, round dice, wind indicator, and poker chips!
