★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made advance booking for ferry. Arrived counter 1Hr before departure to find a very long queue to get tickets. Staff was not very helpful and rude about the situation. A number of passengers in the queue including my group missed our ferry and was pushed to later ferry. What's infuriating is that they were nonchalant about it. Appointments and meetings had to be rescheduled. Horrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best ferry to Batam. Overpaid for our tickets, the staff contacted us refunded us the balance amount. Ferry was smooth and spacious.
The toilet was clean. Air con is abit too cold for my liking.
Fast custom clearance.
Used their car charter service too. Driver is honest and able to speak english. Rates are cheap, only 60 sgd for 10 hrs for a 5 seater. Recommended us some nice places too. Use him and you don't need to plan itinerary.
Terminal has many amenities and connected to shopping mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent ride, very comfortable with lots of leg room, with tv onboard, less crowded compare to the rest of the ferry operator. Voyage time is only 45 minutes . Custom clearance is a breeze.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 man show at TM terminal counter. No POS hence staff use pen paper and cash PLUS using one small phone to take the pasport and other documents. Pdpa issue if phone leakged? 1+ hour delay due to logistic the staff cannot handle, non VOA visitor allowed to go after immigration and need to be escorted back. Ferry staff is not emphatical with the situation and time is at their time to decide without considering passenger itenerary. Worst ever if compared to majestic or batam fast. Even never encountered this with sindo. Departure date: 26 Mar 2022

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the discounted tickets. Its cheaper than the rest of the ferry operators. Fast and spacious with priority queue for business class. The terminal is new with lots of amenities like hotels, shopping, cafes, restaurants and spa. It is also nearer to Nagoya City and taxi is flat fare of RP 30,000 to go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ferry operator ever! Customer service is bad too. Don't even bother taking this ferry, you'll regret. Not sure what they are even doing. Should just close down the business entirely. No sense of urgency at all, and don't even attend to their customers well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travel to batam with families. We are depart at different dates but all of us facing “delayed”. Counter staff are VERY SLOW and logistic unable to handle passengers luggage.
Understand if delay happen sometimes only but its happen frequently ! Depart time shall be at 10.50am & 11.30am staff informed that they are waiting for 61pcs of luggage more ! ?
