β β β β β Good stock range, staff seem to know what they are talking about and what stock they have at the shop. A little more expensive than online but not a rip off. Useful to have a proper hardware store locally, better than the retail mall chains

Long: I needed just a fastener for home improvement and called to enquire. Henry was helpful, gave me his personal mobile so I can whatsapp some pictures over, and he returned the call in an hour. His fellow colleagues were also very pleasant and cordial... thanks guys, keep it up!
The additional star (making it 5 stars in total) was for the excellent quality products that they carry. In addition to the fastener I needed, I ended up buying a bunch of tools (Irwin brand measuring tape, screwdriver set, pen knife..) because they were of great quality.
If you're looking for home improvement tools and power tools, I'd highly recommend this shop.
