The staff who served me was honest, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and professional.
He explained all bikes in details even demonstrate how the bikes function and the fact that he folds 5 different bikes just to show me ?
He did not pressure me to buy or upsell to a higher price bike which I really appreciate.
Highly recommend this shop.
My first time doing a Google review because they deserve it ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am pleased by the genuine service provided by Siraj and his team. Siraj did an amazing job replacing parts, tuning the bike and ergonomically setting up the bike to the rider. Replies on WhatsApp were prompt and constant updates with pictures on progress of bike is superb. Downtime of my bike was fairly short; for the work needed to be done; for the high quality control; and at a pocket friendly budget. Baik Cycles makes this trade a form of art. See ya at the next service. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a hardtail MTB and C093 carbon frame with 11 speeds that caught my eye. After some upgrading and rolling out for a couple of rides on the road for a week. The final tuning on the bike was done and everything is perfect. I had a very pleasant experience interacting with the staff, they are knowledgeable, patient and accommodating. I give them the utmost appreciation and wish them the best in business.
