โ โ โ โ โ On the Sunday 12 September, I called the concierge and I was told that there was plenty of room, But didnโt tell me that thereโs a waiting period of 2 Hours. What a wasted trip, I think Hotel 81 do have many of poor educated staff there and didnโt even wanna let their guest know of the waiting time for a room. Until the guest themselves went over to know that wasnโt a room.

โ โ โ โ โ Dirty room. Was trying to get some space with partner. End up staying for a day. Charge me for the 2 cancelled day.

โ โ โ โ โ Room clean and spacious. There's 7-11 and prata shop with good pratas and teh tarik.
Only downside the room I stayed had no mini fridge.

โ โ โ โ โ Decent service, decent room. Location is a little out of the way. It can be more competitive since Fragrance Hotel is just next door though. With competition, quality standards will definitely improve!

We expected a 2 star hotel but this was far worse.
Stayed here last minute as the Changi Airport was completely booked out & had a very long layoverโฆ but we would rather have stayed on the floor at the airport in all honesty.
The bed is plastic & the most uncomfortable Iโve ever experienced, there were bugs flying around in the bathroom and coming out of the sink.
Absolutely would NOT recommend this to anyone!!! Stay at the airport, sleep on the floor - you will save yourself $100 and also have a better night sleep.
We didnโt even feel comfortable using the showerโฆ.
A horrible experience.
