★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been staying here since the beginning and it is a beautiful environment. Nice clean and Serene and safe. Does serangoon river which has become a reservoir is unique to my house because there is no blockage especially when I'm staying on the 14th floor with all my windows facing the river. A rare and excellent View
another good point is that it has good amenities like the ntuc and the Beautiful food Court which majority of the stalls serve reasonably good quality food at very affordable prices

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of construction was very high and the area is peaceful. There is a coffeeshop and NTUC serving the residents. The only downside is that it is not near any MRT station.
