Ex for money compare to other salon that i had visited and the lady boss (called herself, Summer, i guess) was trying to sell their hair product without explain it clearly to me and rushing just to earn $$, quite really bossy too. ended up, i was asked to pay $400 + for the lousy color hair make up with treatment (which i think my hair is much more thinner and easily break apart now) and i felt this salon just not worth my cents, other staff is quite polite though but not this lady boss. Saw her a few times smoking outside of the salon like ah liang. Not professional at all. Feeling angry and so regreted to let her do my hair.

I don’t usually post bad reviews. The lady (Summer) who cut my hair told me my haircut and wash is $38. When making payment, the guy at the cashier charged me $48. I asked for the reason, and Summer said there is additional charge for cutting my hair after washing that she did not mentioned beforehand. This is the first time I heard of such charge. And my husband have a package at the salon, when he paid for the package they said this package is allow for sharing. But they refuse to let me use the package to deduct my hair services. It’s not about the additional $10 but it’s unprofessional and turn off.

I ended up having very very bad split ends after undergoing their keratin treatment. Hair stylists can be very hard sell as well

Came over a lot to this shop and got my hair cut by Sam for a few years already. Loved his style of hairstyling which really cannot be found outside. Go more years of cutting with Sam

This China lady cut my hair on the day that i patronised this salon. The final product turned out to be unglamorous and off putting in a sense where it was too short and ugly due to the fact that she was rushing to cut the hair of other customers. This has resulted in me having to wait for my hair to grow again. Will never come here again. Terrible experience.

Went to this salon for a haircut because it was near my place. Got the shock of my life when I went to pay after the haircut; it was $25 ($10 CNY surcharge??????). Not once did they highlight this hefty surcharge to me prior to the haircut, and to make things worse, my haircut was horrible... Not recommended at all. Edit: 3 months later, decided to head down and give them another chance, but I was made to wait as there were other customers. Hairdressers didn’t acknowledge my presence and tell me how long I needed to wait, and was chatting with his customer and showed no sense of urgency at all… Never coming back again.

First, came into the salon, only greeted after 5-10mins but looking around, seems like staff were on lunch break since there were only 1 working at that time, so i'll let it slide. Secondly, HARDSELL. Tried to sell me $298 rebonding for SHORT hair when the pricing outside (Their poster) is less than $100. Ended up having to settle for $168 as I was too lazy to continue arguing. She left my hair soaking WET and the water just dripping down my neck, it was uncomfortable. Third, Was told my hair was "Spoilt" and "Badly dry", which is NOT true. I have healthy hair that is thicker than most hair as I am a Malay women. Seeing my hair and skin, they automatically thought that they can "Sell the expensive treatment" since I can't understand what they are saying. Hair was damaged after rebonding here, my hair full of knots and burnt ends as well as it's super frizzy. DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY AND HAPPINESS.

Went in the salon with the intention to cut off my hair due to its messiness. Luckily tbe stylist, Summer saved me by doing a treatment for me. Now my hair feel so much better and it is definitely my new favourite place to solve my hair problem in future. Thanks Summer!
